Applications

  • Mounting mirrors and other polymer panels onto wood or polymer substrates.
  • Strongly Bonds : Plastics, Glass

Application Procedure

  • Clean both the surfaces to be bonded
  • Wipe with 50:50 – Thinner : Water mix
  • Apply the 3m Primer 94 supplied in the bottle on both surfaces
  • Allow to dry for 5 mins
  • Apply 3M Mirror Mount Tape on the backing surface
  • Press the tape with a roller or a dry cloth
  • Peel and bend 50mm of the liner at the corners of the tapes
  • Align Edges and remove the liner and stick
  • Hold the mirror for 10minutes
