Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for products that are used or show signs of wear unless they are defective due to manufacturing issues.
  • Shelf-life sensitive goods are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Heat Transfer Vinyls
  • All consumable products

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please ship it to: 276, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi 110092 You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned product.


Refunds & Cancellations

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method Within 7 Working Days used during the purchase.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned after the 7-day return window

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company (refund posting may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (some processing time may apply)

Exchanges / Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Once we receive the returned product, the replacement will be delivered within 15 days.
  • If you need an exchange, please email us at hi@diwhynot.in and ship the product to:
